Opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) eager to work on-site, supporting young learners and contributing to their educational growth. Full-time contract roles are available through June 2027, working with dynamic teams and diverse caseloads.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
  • Recent direct school-based SLP experience is essential
  • Comfort working in multiple school settings; familiarity with self-contained and early childhood environments is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to serve at both elementary and secondary campuses (assignments may require splitting time between campuses)
  • Commitment to on-site presence; remote or virtual work is not available for this role
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Directly assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders, tailoring interventions to promote success in the classroom
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
  • Provide ongoing progress monitoring, data collection, and documentation to ensure compliance and optimize student outcomes
  • Consult with teachers and staff, offering practical strategies to support students’ communication needs throughout the school day
  • Build positive relationships within multiple campus communities, adapting to varied student populations and needs

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work 35 hours per week across 4-5 days, with assignments available at both elementary and secondary school levels.
