Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Bilingual proficiency highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in-person and/or virtually, based on student needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing evaluations and program modifications
  • Educate families and staff on strategies to support communication development
