Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCC required
• School-based SLP experience highly preferred

• Comfortable providing guidance and supervision to an SLPA

• Commitment to adhering to a workload (not just caseload) model

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students across 2-3 schools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
• Supervise and mentor one assigned SLPA
• Complete thorough assessments, IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Utilize a hybrid schedule, with guaranteed flexibility for at least one remote workday per week (potential for more based on fit)
