What are we looking for?

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent).
  • Valid SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain one by start date).
  • Experience or confidence working with a K-12 student population—elementary, middle, or high school.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, staff, and families.
  • Commitment to in-person, student-centered therapy that engages and motivates.
  • Organizational skills for managing a caseload between 50-60 students.
  • Both new graduates and seasoned SLPs are encouraged to apply!

What will you do?

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across multiple grade levels.
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans aligned with student goals.
  • Maintain clear documentation of services, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support.
  • Support IEP meetings and contribute your expertise in team settings.
  • Engage with families and staff for the best student outcomes.
