This role offers flexible placement based on your experience and preference—opportunities are available at each school level. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed, with efforts to maintain sizes between 50-60 students, ensuring you have the support and time to make a real impact with each child.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP license for Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with students across various age groups, particularly K-12
• Ability to build rapport with children and collaborate with school staff and parents
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting student achievement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor student outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
