Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred; strong Clinical Fellows with school experience considered
  • Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
  • Proficient in conducting assessments, developing goals, and writing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support
  • Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to ongoing IEP meetings
  • Engage in school-based initiatives that promote inclusive communication
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy within the educational environment
  • Support staff and participate in RTI/MTSS processes as needed
