Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working in a school environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create engaging and individualized therapy plans

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans to support academic and social success
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services per students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to achieve therapy goals
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings when required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Offer strategies and resources to educators and families for continued growth
