Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure/SLP credential required.
  • Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred, but experienced SLPs are welcome.
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting, especially with middle school students.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and goal writing.
  • Ability to work in-person; remote/VOCO services are not available at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Encourage a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
