Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of IEP development and progress reporting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and cultural competence
• Ability to provide therapy, screenings, and assessments to a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy for students with a range of needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress notes as required
• Participate in district and campus-based meetings, professional development, and collaboration initiatives
• Communicate student progress and strategies to caregivers and team members
