This on-site position is perfect for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist eager to make a meaningful difference for K-12 learners. Working full-time up to 37.5 hours a week, you’ll play a crucial role as an itinerant provider, serving both elementary and high school students in the Fort Worth area. Two distinct assignments are available: provide supervision and case management for SLPAs across two campuses, or focus on therapy and case management at a single campus.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly desired
• Bilingual ability in Spanish is a strong asset
• K-12 experience appreciated, with comfort supporting diverse student populations
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance to SLP Assistants (if assigned to supervision role)
• Must complete or verify TEA fingerprinting for credentialing (allow up to 10 business days for processing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy services to students ages K-12
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Case manage speech-language services and ensure compliance with special education requirements
• Supervise, mentor, and support SLP Assistants as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy, and progress
• Proactively communicate with school staff to foster a collaborative and supportive working environment
