What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to supervise SLPAs in an onsite setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varied student needs across different age groups and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Work with educators, parents, and support staff to provide comprehensive care
• Supervise onsite SLPAs, offering mentorship and guidance to ensure service excellence
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in the development of goals tailored to individual student needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to serve a district-wide caseload; specific assignments will be determined as the academic year progresses
