Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC credentials with the ability to practice in school settings
• Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school or district
• Knowledge of 504 plans and experience delivering both direct and consultative speech-language services
• Strong collaboration skills for effectively partnering with teachers, support staff, and families
• Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication challenges in children
• Commitment to accurate documentation and timely progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to individual students and small groups per their 504 plans
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing monitoring
• Partner with education teams to develop and implement targeted intervention and support strategies
• Keep thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and required regulatory reports
• Actively participate in 504 meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Promote a positive and inclusive educational environment through open communication and active engagement
