School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Keller, Texas

Make an impact supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year! This contract position is located onsite near Keller, TX, easily accessible from Fort Worth, Watauga, and surrounding communities. Enjoy a dedicated work schedule—Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to around 4:30 pm—with a manageable caseload and supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills
• Comfortable overseeing SLPA’s and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Supervise assigned Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA’s) and provide guidance as needed
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting interventions and supports accordingly
• Maintain thorough and accurate records for each student on caseload (54 direct, 14 consult)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other specialists, and families to promote student success
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and help determine readiness for discharge from therapy
