Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in the state or eligibility to obtain one promptly
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs across the K-12 spectrum

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
