Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology; ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students
- Experience or strong interest in school settings and serving diverse age groups
- Ability to complete required credentialing steps, including a drug screen and fingerprint check
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop engaging, individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Document student progress in compliance with district and state requirements
- Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families for holistic student support
What You’ll Experience:
- Fulfilling, school-based caseload with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to students’ educational journeys
- Full-time schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with built-in breaks according to the academic calendar
- Support throughout the credentialing and placement process
