Step into a dynamic opportunity supporting middle and high school students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming educational setting near Kennesaw, GA. This full-time, contract role offers a rewarding chance to contribute your expertise to a single school, with a caseload anticipated to range between 45-55 students. The position is set to begin in late July 2026 and extend through May 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • GA Professional Standards Commission (PSC) certification (required)
  • Active state licensure and professional license in Georgia
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience working with school-age populations, especially in middle and high school settings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Completion of required fingerprinting and drug screening prior to the start date
  • Please note: Only fully credentialed SLPs (no SLPAs) are eligible for this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for a diverse student caseload
  • Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans targeting communication and language needs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and parents to foster student success in the classroom
