What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children (preferred but not required)
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and energy to adapt to the needs of students and the school community
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to elementary school students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ academic and social growth
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, multidisciplinary environment
- Provide consultative support and resources for school staff regarding speech and language development
- Adapt therapy methods to best serve diverse student populations
