What you bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Georgia
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children (preferred but not required)
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and energy to adapt to the needs of students and the school community

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to elementary school students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ academic and social growth
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, multidisciplinary environment
  • Provide consultative support and resources for school staff regarding speech and language development
  • Adapt therapy methods to best serve diverse student populations
