Situated near Kenosha, WI, this role focuses on delivering tailored support through direct services, evaluations, and participation in the IEP process.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working within K-12 school environments preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with conducting assessments, evaluations, and writing IEPs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
  • Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language intervention

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and document findings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students with mild to moderate speech and language challenges
  • Collaborate with general education and special education staff to ensure coordinated support
  • Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Communicate progress regularly to families, educators, and other stakeholders
