What We’re Looking For:

• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Active, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Proficiency in conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, student-focused approach

What You'll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to kindergarten through high school students with mild to moderate needs
• Assess, evaluate, and diagnose communication disorders; implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, write and update IEPs, and provide input based on assessment results
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and communicate regularly with stakeholders
• Provide consultative services and strategies to staff and parents to foster generalization of skills
• Stay current on best practices and comply with school, state, and federal regulations
