Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and familiarity with school-based or healthcare SLP practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for engaging students, teachers, and families
  • Capacity to adapt to individualized student needs and diverse learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and families to support student communication goals
  • Document progress, maintain appropriate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide ongoing consultation and training to school staff as needed
