Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year. With an immediate start and the potential to extend into the summer for compensatory services, you will have the chance to make an immediate impact on a caseload of approximately 38 students. Our setting has fully transitioned to a remote/virtual model, presenting an ideal environment for SLPs who are confident with online therapeutic platforms and flexible in adapting practices to meet today’s unique challenges.

Your expertise will help children develop essential communication skills during a critical time in their education. The need for fast onboarding means you’ll benefit from a streamlined hiring process—fingerprinting and drug screening have been waived, and interviews will be scheduled swiftly.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility in Washington State
  • Proficiency working in virtual therapy environments
  • Experience with elementary student populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and tech-savvy skillset
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to evolving remote learning modalities
  • Open to tele-practice SLPs due to current remote requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in virtual teams with educators and families
  • Document progress and maintain meticulous student records through electronic systems
  • Offer creative, engaging sessions within the remote/virtual format
  • Support extended summer services as needed
