Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP certification/licensure in Washington State
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong technological proficiency and adaptability for virtual teaching platforms
  • Ability to independently organize, schedule, and deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions online
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and support to a caseload of 38 elementary students
  • Collaborate virtually with educators, families, and other specialists to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines regarding service delivery and documentation
  • Adapt services and materials for remote instruction to maximize accessibility and student success
