Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Valid or pending Washington state licensure
- Candidates holding SLP-CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in schools is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide tailored therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs across grades K-12
- Maintain accurate documentation for IEPs, progress reports, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and student-focused planning sessions
- Adapt therapy methods to reflect diverse student abilities and backgrounds
