Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
  • Valid state licensure to practice speech-language pathology
  • Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop engaging, personalized therapy plans for a diverse student caseload
  • Passion for working with children and helping them meet their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to address speech and language deficits
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, special education staff, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Offer support and resources to classroom teachers to facilitate student success
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students’ growth and confidence
