Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid certificate of clinical competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric or K-12 school settings is highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention techniques for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborative spirit and communication skills to work with teachers, families, and allied professionals
  • Washington state licensure or eligibility to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy services for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and document measurable outcomes
