Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Washington SLP license required
- Two or more years of prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
- CCCs or CFY candidates welcome
- Must possess an active Medicaid provider number, a complete CAQH profile, and credentials with additional insurance companies
- Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices and collaborative, student-centered care
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnostic, intervention, and consultative SLP services to students across various school terms (CSY, ESY, NSY)
- Serve a flexible caseload (details to follow) with a weekly schedule of 35 hours
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
- Support students through creative, engaging, and compassionate therapy sessions
