Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Washington SLP license required
  • Two or more years of prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
  • CCCs or CFY candidates welcome
  • Must possess an active Medicaid provider number, a complete CAQH profile, and credentials with additional insurance companies
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices and collaborative, student-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnostic, intervention, and consultative SLP services to students across various school terms (CSY, ESY, NSY)
  • Serve a flexible caseload (details to follow) with a weekly schedule of 35 hours
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Support students through creative, engaging, and compassionate therapy sessions
