Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license for the state of Washington
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Prior experience in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of current evaluation tools and intervention strategies
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Provide direct therapy and support services in accordance with student IEPs
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other related service providers
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports as required by district protocols
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver engaging therapy that promotes academic and social success for students
