Embark on a school-based opportunity supporting students with speech and language needs in a collaborative educational setting. This position serves approximately 30 students throughout the full academic year, with part-time hours (0.5 FTE) ideal for balancing professional growth and work-life harmony.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide supervision and constructive feedback to SLPAs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive speech/language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted speech therapy services to a diverse caseload of around 30 students
  • Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), ensuring quality care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and communication with families and school staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
