Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience serving school-aged children strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide both direct and consultative speech/language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Consult with educators to provide classroom strategies and modifications that foster student success
