Step into a highly rewarding role supporting elementary-age students as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. In this assignment, you will manage a caseload of approximately 35 elementary students, working within a collaborative school setting that fosters growth, learning, and community. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise and passion for helping children succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in WA)
  • Experience with elementary school populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement IEPs effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students on-site
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful insights to foster student achievement
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and professional standards
