In this assignment, you will manage a caseload of approximately 35 elementary students, working within a collaborative school setting that fosters growth, learning, and community. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise and passion for helping children succeed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in WA)
- Experience with elementary school populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create and implement IEPs effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students on-site
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful insights to foster student achievement
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and professional standards
