Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly encouraged
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records and document progress per district and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school-based professional development
