Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with children in educational settings preferred
  • Familiarity with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Able to manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate documentation
  • California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Provide direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, team discussions, and family consultations
  • Maintain clear, compliant records and progress reports
  • Offer guidance and resources to staff and caregivers to strengthen student outcomes
