Qualifications:

  • Active SLP credential and ASHA CCCs, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • At least 2 years of experience working in California schools
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with SEIS documentation
  • Familiarity with supervising SLPAs, especially with facilitator oversight, preferred
  • Capability to effectively manage high caseloads and respond promptly to referral demands
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged; both monolingual and bilingual SLPs will be considered
  • Comfortable working fully onsite; this is not a remote or hybrid opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students at Alpha Elementary, serving a caseload of 60-65, with 25-30 speech-only students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver services in accordance with school and state standards
  • Collaborate with and supervise SLPA staff as assigned
  • Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage effectively with students, educators, and families to support student success

This position offers competitive hourly compensation ($65/hr for monolingual candidates; $71/hr for bilingual). You’ll work 37.5 hours per week alongside a supportive educational team with likely SLPA assistance.
