Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience providing speech services in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in California
  • Strong assessment, therapy planning, and case management abilities
  • Confident collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication needs
  • Stay compliant with state and federal guidelines regarding documentation and progress tracking
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and collaborative planning
  • Provide consultation and resources to staff and families to support students’ goals
