Step into a vital role supporting communication and learning for students across elementary and middle grade levels as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position spans from August 17, 2026, to June 4, 2027, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop impactful interventions for a diverse caseload of 35–40 students each at either a primary or shared elementary/middle school setting, focusing on PreK and grades 4–12.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina NCDPI SLP License (confirmation required)
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC credential (no CFs or SLPAs at this time)
  • Proven ECATS experience
  • On-site availability throughout the assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and generate detailed evaluation reports
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, staff, and families
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
  • Manage caseloads across assigned school sites, flexibly addressing student needs
  • Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Provide consultative and classroom-based support as needed
  • Monitor student progress and adapt interventions based on data
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines at state, district, and federal levels
