Make a difference in the lives of students while advancing your career as a Speech Language Pathologist. In this contract position, you'll work 35 hours each week during the 2026/2027 school year, supporting a diverse student population and collaborating with educators and families.

This opportunity is perfect for experienced SLPs holding their CCC or those completing their CFY, who are passionate about fostering communication skills and empowering learners.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure to practice as an SLP or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • CCC-SLP credentials, or SLP-CFY candidates actively accruing clinical fellowship hours
  • Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and provide direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal guidelines
  • Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development as needed
  • Implement innovative, engaging therapy methods to address a variety of speech and language challenges
