This contract opportunity spans the full 2026-2027 academic year, offering you the chance to deliver impactful, in-person services in dynamic school environments filled with eager young learners.
Qualifications:
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or current Clinical Fellow status
- Active South Carolina LLR license
- Current South Carolina Educator Certificate
- Speech-Language Pathology experience in a school-based setting (elementary experience highly preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and independent case management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work onsite serving a manageable caseload of approximately 30-35 K-5 students
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and individualized therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to deliver targeted support and ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with legal, ethical, and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, data reviews, and cross-campus professional collaboration
