This full-time contract position supports the vital development of communication skills for learners ranging from early childhood to high school—making a lasting impact throughout the school year (ASAP–End of School Year). Work with students at well-known locations like Key Largo School, Plantation Key, and Coral Shores High School, offering expertise and care as you collaborate with dedicated educational teams.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences required
  • Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged
  • Direct school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations with communication needs
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to K–12 students
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for each student’s service plan
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services across Key Largo, Tavernier, and Plantation Key campuses
