Speech-Language Pathologist – Full-Time | School-Based | 2026-2027 School Year
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district serving students in the beautiful Florida Keys near Key West, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position providing speech-language services to students across multiple grade levels and school settings.
The selected SLP will work with a diverse student population ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and academic success.

• Location: Florida Keys / Key West Area
• Schedule: Full-Time

• End Date: May 2027
• Setting: School-Based
• Student Population: Pre-K through 12th Grade
• Service Model: Covering 3 School Sites
• Caseload: Approximately 60–80 Students
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers to support student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations regarding speech-language services.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation.
• Provide services across multiple school sites while ensuring continuity of care and compliance with district requirements.
• Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, pragmatic language, fluency, and other communication needs.
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Ability to work independently across multiple school campuses.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
