Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP development
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to full-time or part-time scheduling
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions individually or in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
- Provide guidance and resources to support staff and families
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
