Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each student

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with student IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and assist with IEP documentation and meetings
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to address a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Provide progress updates and recommendations to families and educational teams
