A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting in Killeen, TX. This is a contract position for the 2023-2024 school year, with options for full-time or part-time schedules. The role is on-site and suited for licensed SLPs or recent Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas state license required by start date
- Eligible candidates include Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) professionals
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within the school community
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to K-12 students evaluating and treating communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Manage caseload effectively, with age and caseload preferences discussed during the interview process
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and compliance with state regulations
