Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, including PreK through 2nd grade and some middle school students
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to a diverse caseload of students in PreK-2nd grade, as well as select middle schoolers
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services provided
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support overall student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the school’s supportive learning environment
