Opportunities available: Bartlett: Serve an entire district with a caseload of approximately 40 students, including elementary life skills and general education speech therapy at the middle and high school levels. Troy: Full-time position providing services across the full district, primarily within the general education population.

Desired Background & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP License (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CF) with supervision provided
  • School-based experience or strong pediatric healthcare background is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as determined by IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans targeting individualized goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for optimized student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment
