What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active SLP licensure in Texas (or willingness to obtain)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting working with K-12 students
- Comfort providing therapy across a diverse range of ages and needs
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a moderate caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Dedication to fostering student growth and success
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Conducting assessments, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Collaborating with teachers, other therapists, and families
- Maintaining records, developing IEP goals, and participating in ARD meetings
- Making an impact as a trusted advocate for your students’ communication needs
Perks of the role:
- Flexible placement options in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Meaningful work supporting students’ success and communication skills
- Contract stability for the 2026-2027 academic year
