With the current SLP retiring and a strong student need for support, this contract opportunity offers a rewarding avenue to help nurture communication skills throughout elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Comfortable working with students ranging from 1st through 12th grade
  • Ability to adapt communication and therapy approaches to varied age groups and abilities
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students in need of speech and language support
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports
  • Actively contribute to IEP meetings and document ongoing student growth

Scheduling options reflect each school’s day: elementary (7:30am–4pm), middle school (7:45am–4pm), or high school (8:30am–4pm), depending on placement and preference.
