Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid (or eligible) state licensure and ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Strong commitment to supporting students’ individual communication needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Eagerness to work with new graduates, accepting those seeking CFY supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions for students in grades K-12
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress toward goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions—individually and in small groups—tailoring approaches to diverse learning styles
  • Maintain thorough documentation on evaluations, progress, and compliance with federal/state requirements
  • Consult with educators and families to foster successful communication strategies in and out of the classroom
