Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active (or in-progress) state licensure as an SLP
  • Status as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY, with school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP requirements and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goals and accommodations
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
