Step into a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services for the upcoming school year. This role centers on delivering support and expertise to a diverse group of K-12 students, with a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students. You’ll play a vital part in helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their full academic and social potential.

Ideal candidates bring experience in pediatric and school settings, with strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration. This position embraces innovation with teletherapy options and welcomes both SLP-CFs and seasoned SLP-CCCs. Please note, SLPAs may be considered only if supervision can be arranged.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellow (CF) pursuing CCC
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 50 K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and group settings, on campus or via teletherapy
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Document interventions and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
