School Speech Language Pathologist - Kingston, New York

Step into a rewarding opportunity providing speech-language therapy services for preschool-aged children across two supportive school environments. This contract position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with their CCC, who is passionate about early childhood intervention and looking to make a meaningful difference.

You'll work with two schools approximately 45 minutes apart, but enjoy a predictable schedule by dedicating each day to only one location. While full-time availability to cover both sites is preferred, there is flexibility to consider candidates interested in part-time arrangements to fit your needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
• Appropriate state licensure for school-based practice
• Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3-5)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to travel between two locations on separate days

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy to children ages 3-5
• Developing and implementing individualized session plans (up to 10 sessions per day/per school)
• Supporting students at Pine Plains (3 days/week) and/or Mt. Marion (2-3 days/week, with increasing sessions as enrollment grows)
• Completing necessary documentation and progress reports
• Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
