Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Kingstree, SC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Hold or be eligible for appropriate state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school setting is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and speech therapy interventions
• Work closely with educators, counselors, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative services in accordance with district and state guidelines
