A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite support for a K-2 caseload at an elementary school in Kingwood, TX. This role is ideal for an SLP with experience in school settings who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in grades K through 2
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized interventions
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and discipline standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or enrolled in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of language development stages and evidence-based therapy techniques for early elementary students
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and communicate effectively with teachers and families
