Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators and families
- Commitment to professional excellence and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 9 students
- Administer assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document progress toward IEP goals
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and parents regarding communication development
