Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators and families
  • Commitment to professional excellence and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 9 students
  • Administer assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and document progress toward IEP goals
  • Offer guidance and resources to staff and parents regarding communication development
