Ideal candidates should possess one or more of the following:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), or a degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy or pediatric populations.
  • Dedication to delivering therapy services onsite—remote work is not available for this position.
  • SLPA-certified professionals will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct speech-language therapy to students, focusing on developing communication, articulation, language, and social skills.
  • Evaluating students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using appropriate assessment tools.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintaining documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions for student support.
  • Developing engaging and effective therapy materials tailored to each student.
