Desired Skills and Experience:
- Active or eligible state licensure as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Background in pediatric speech-language therapy, with strong clinical competence
- Experience in school or healthcare environments is highly valued
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- Ability to collaborate with other professionals and communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to meet diverse student needs and adjust service delivery models as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in a school population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy through in-person and/or teletherapy platforms
- Work closely with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure integrated support for students
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Support students from various backgrounds and grade levels, with flexibility to match your caseload to your strengths and interests
